our PROCESS
PHASE 1
A member of our scheduling team will coordinate a walk through with one of our estimators
An estimator meets with a representative from the potential client and discusses their service needs
Complete data collection including photos, specific requirements, frequencies and other details
PHASE 2
Our admin team puts together a detailed estimate and sends it over to the potential client
If approved, contract execution takes place
Service start date is determined, additional services are scheduled for the next 6-12 months
PHASE 3
Work begins, a supervisor is assigned to oversee the technicians and communicate with the client
Internal admin team gathers data on services, supplies, complaints, and any other related information
Client receives periodical follow ups to discuss the quality of service and any additional needs
